We are always happy to see children in our hotel with their parents. Each room must have at least one person who is 18 years or older. Children under 18 can stay with their parents. Please do not forget to bring the IDs with you.
Guests are required to present a passport or ID card upon check-in.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the public areas of the hotel due to local laws. Smoking rooms are available on request.
Would you like to check-in before 13:00? Please inform the reception of your request for an early check-in upon arrival or during the booking process. We will do our best to find you a ready room. There is no guarantee of a room ready for early check-in. This is subject to availability of rooms and a cleaning program for housekeeping.
If you want an early check-in, please confirm your request. Please note that rooms are not sold one night in advance to guarantee early check-in. Therefore, one night’s fee for guaranteed early check-in is added to your account.
If you change your schedule and need to leave early, please inform the reception until 12:00 on the day of your departure. As a result of an early departure, 50% of the total amount of the remaining days will be added to your account. In case of early departure after 12:00, the full price will be added to your account.
Would you like to leave our hotel after 12:00? Please inform the reception if you want to leave late. We will try to keep your room for you according to the availability of the rooms. Late check-out may incur additional charges. You can get information from our reception or reservation office.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the price and date of your reservation. Please check the booking confirmation to ensure cancellation policy. You can cancel your online reservations online. Contact our reservation office for more information.
